By accessing or using DentoD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators, staff members, and patients accessing clinic portals.

2. Description of Service

DentoD is a cloud-based dental practice management platform that provides clinic branding, appointment scheduling, patient management, dental charting, billing, and related tools. Each clinic receives a branded subdomain portal managed through the DentoD platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that patient data entered complies with applicable healthcare regulations
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into DentoD, including patient records, appointment data, and billing information. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise requested.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentoD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your dashboard settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
