Yes. DentoD supports both the Universal Numbering System (1-32), the US standard, and FDI (ISO) two-digit notation (11-48), used internationally. A clinic admin chooses which one the practice uses in Settings, and the whole tooth chart is labelled in that system.
Yes, at any time. Numbering is a display setting, so switching it relabels the chart without altering a single record. Nothing is converted, nothing is lost, and you can switch back. Note that it applies to the whole practice rather than to individual users.
Yes. Treatment items are recorded with CDT codes on the chart and those codes flow through to treatment plans and billing, eliminating re-coding at the billing stage.
Open the patient, click the tooth (and surface) you are working on, then pick the condition or CDT-coded procedure and set its status, existing, planned, or completed. Perio depths and endo case detail are entered on the same record.
